Departure by coach. Set off on a historical visit in the heart of the Cloister of the Cordeliers, an emblematic site of the village of Saint-Émilion. During this excursion combining history and gastronomic heritage, you will have the opportunity to admire this magnificent all-stone building, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Between Romanesque architecture and covered walkways, you will then descend into the famous underground galleries, carved into the rock during the extraction of the stone used to build Saint-Émilion. These impressive galleries extend over nearly 3 kilometres. The guides will reveal all the secrets of the Cordeliers sparkling wines, including production methods, winemaking stages and the history of the site. You will conclude this unmissable visit with a tasting of several Cordeliers wines, for a convivial and unforgettable shared experience. Return by coach.
